Mentor Smiles is proud to accept almost every insurance plan available in Ohio. Our professional staff can submit your insurance forms to ensure you get the full benefits. And for any advanced procedures, we will work with you to create a payment plan and schedule that fits your budget.

Don’t have dental insurance? We can still offer you a free consultation or a second option, including X-rays. Our pricing for new patients is $79 for a routine cleaning, exam, and X-rays. Payment is accepted in the form of check, cash, and all major credit cards.

Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel your appointment so that another patient in need can take your slot. If you don’t show up for your appointment, a fee may be applied.
